ELK GROVE, CA. - Hoosier Racing Tire has announced their return involvement in the upcoming Kyle Larson’s Outlaw Kart Showcase Presented by BRANDT, providing an improved incentive package for the racers. The event, to be held at Chico, California’s Cycleland Speedway on September 4 and 5, will see both the Box Stock and 250 Intermediate classes join the Open Division participants in the contingency program. As an added enticement, this time around there will be a $500 cash prize drawing open to any team in any of the three divisions who pre-orders at least four tires from Hoosier Tire.
Hoosier Racing Tire is the largest race tire manufacturer in the world and all Hoosier race tires are still proudly "Made in the USA." The company has signed up to offer cash and product prizes to the top five finishing drivers in the Outlaw Kart Showcase A-Main event on Hoosier Tires. In the Box Stock and 250 Intermediate ranks a set of four tires will go to the highest finishing kart in each division.

The Hoosier Tire Open Division contingency will be comprised of:
Highest finishing kart on Hoosier Tires in A-Main will receive $1000
Second Highest finishing kart in A-Main on Hoosier Tires will receive $750
Third highest finishing kart in A-Main on Hoosier Tires will receive $250 and 2 right side tires
Fourth highest finishing kart in A-Main on Hoosiers Tires will receive 4 right side tires
Fifth highest finishing kart in A-Main on Hoosier Tires will receive 2 right side tires
The Hoosier Tire Box Stock and 250 Intermediate contingency will be comprised of:
Highest finishing kart in A-Main on Hoosier Tires will receive 1 set of 4 tires in each division
Box Stock Tires available in slicks are:
11.0 x 8.0 – 6 D30A or A40 Right Rear
34.5 x 6.5 D10 Left Rear
11.0 x 6.0 – 6 D10A Fronts
In order to receive the Hoosier Tire contingency drivers must:
Have Hoosier Tires on all 4 corners of kart for the entire event, which includes prelims on Monday, September 4 and the Showcase Finals on Tuesday, September 5. This includes hot laps, heats, and features
Have a Hoosier Tires decal on both sides of the kart
Drivers in each division will have a Hoosier Tires neck band on in victory lane if they win the Outlaw Kart Showcase feature
For pre-ordering of Hoosier outlaw kart tires please contact Hoosier Tire West at 559-485-4612. Hoosier Racing Tire will have a staffed truck on site for the event. Drivers will be able to purchase outlaw kart tires, and also pick up stickers beginning at the prelims of the Showcase on Monday September 4. Checks and tires will be available after the event for those collecting the contingency awards.
